Our Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, tax services, and other financial services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

  • Company refers to Docfyle Advisory, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners.

  • Client refers to the individual or business entity that engages Docfyle Advisory for services.

  • Services refer to accounting, bookkeeping, tax return preparation, and financial consulting services provided by Docfyle Advisory.

  • Agreement refers to the contract entered into between the Company and the Client for the provision of services.

Services

Docfyle Advisory provides a variety of financial services, including but not limited to:

  • Accounting and bookkeeping
  • Tax preparation and advisory
  • Financial planning and consulting
  • Payroll processing
  • Software integration and customization

Services will be provided as per the specific agreement entered into with the Client.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Gateway: Payments will be processed through Razorpay. By using Razorpay as our payment gateway, Clients agree to abide by the Razorpay Terms and Conditions in addition to Docfyle Advisory’s Terms and Conditions.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments for services will be due as per the agreement. Invoices will be raised according to the milestones or timeframes specified in the contract.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and granted at Docfyle Advisory’s discretion, except where required by law.

Confidentiality

Docfyle Advisory is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of Client information. We will not disclose any sensitive financial information without the express written consent of the Client, except as required by law.

Data Security

We implement appropriate measures to ensure the protection of data shared by the Client. However, the Company will not be liable for any unauthorized access by third parties unless caused by our gross negligence.

Limitation of Liability

Docfyle Advisory is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific services rendered.

Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel services within 2 days of payment and after that your payment will be initiated and refunded within 15 days. Any outstanding amounts must be settled before cancellation is finalized.
  • Termination by Docfyle Advisory: We reserve the right to terminate services with immediate effect in case of breach of these terms by the Client or non-payment for services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian laws. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Compliance with Laws

Clients must ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws in relation to the services requested. Docfyle Advisory will comply with all relevant laws but assumes no responsibility for the Client’s legal obligations outside the scope of services provided.

Amendments

Docfyle Advisory reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Consent for Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages related to your account, notifications, promotions, and updates.

Opt-In/Opt-Out
